Screw Pump
﹛﹛2LB and 2 GC series of horizontal twin- screw pumps,
with specification of 6 每 2500m3/h, have been widely
used in the fields of ships, petroleum and chemical
industry, metallurgy, electric power, oil and foodstuff
industry, etc. Both 2 LB and 2 GC screw pumps , featured
horizontal rotary displacement, twin- aspirator and
powerful self- absorbing capacity, are designed for
transporting all kinds of oils, such as lubricant oil
and fuel contending micropartical, chemical liquid,
light industial food as well as the higher viscosity
oils, such as crude oil, residual oil, which should
be heated when being transported. In general, the temperature
of transported medium shall not be over 80⊥, for some
specific medium, the temperature can be up to 180⊥,
the viscosity of transported medium can be up to 1500mm2/s.
The screw pumps can be used to transport big variety
of medium stable with no impulsion or stirring, with
good characteristics of fine self-absorbing capacity,
powerful stripping cabin, compact structure and long
life service, whose specific character is that the pumps
can be used to transport volatile oil such as gasoline
in hot season.
